The accessible health hotel Mar y Sol is located in the southwest of Tenerife, Canary Islands. Three further companys are associated with the hotel:
The Center for Prevention and Rehabilitation Teralava, the Diving Center Mar y Sol Aquasport and the Disability Service Station LeRo.

The architecture of Mar y Sol comprises a spanish-style construction, built on two and three levels accessible throughout by lifts. The few steps you come across within the complex can be avoided using ramps.

Mar y Sol lies approximately 300m away from the 8 km long sea-promenade and is constructed on a slight ground elevation and built on different levels around an impressive pool area. Because the way down to the sea is sloping it is very easy to reach the beach and the centre of town. Coming back to the hotel may present problems for guests with restricted mobility but these can be overcome by using either an electric wheelchair or the shuttle-service both offered by the Disability Service Centre Lero.
